Luiz Gustavo S de Oliveira é consultor e pesquisador em transição energética. Tem mais de 13 anos de experiência no setor público, privado e na academia. Atualmente é consultor da IEA no Brasil, consultor no BEP (W2E) e pesquisador do Copernicus Institute of Sustainable Development (Utrecht University, Holanda). Engenheiro eletricista (UFF, 2008), Mestre em Planejamento Energético (UFRJ, 2011) e finalizando doutorado em Dinâmica de Sistemas Tecnológicos de Inovação (UU, 2021). | Luiz Gustavo S de Oliveira is a consultant and researcher on energy transition.
